An Unicef internal blog to enable staff to post comments on subject matters under discussion and put forward their points of view. Current technology can replace the old suggestions schemes. Suggestion schemes can be a continuous process now. A blog editor could then coordinate and summarize responses. It is shameful if staff are limited in their capacity to express themselves freely and unedited. For instance, if SN posted a blog, many staff would comment.
